I drew this for Bonus Stage's 1st birthday, which happened to be some time around Christmas 2004. So it's Christmas hijinks for all! The positions of the mistletoes tell the story. The guy in the back, since nobody recognizes him in anything I've ever done, ever, is the Emo Forever guy.

I'm not sure how the drawing style came about on this one. It's not particularly like any of Matt's stuff or any of my stuff. The heads are bigger than usual. It just sort of happened, I dunno. I think it looks good, for this drawing.

When I scanned this in, I didn't do much to it. I left it pretty rough paper-and-pencil looking. I colored it in with a crayon-like brush in Adobe, and I think it's a nice effect for this picture. Then I added green and red lights where appropriate, and of course then I added the text.

Some trivia that absolutely nobody will care about is that I drew this during a free Sara Groves concert at my college. I had a cold, so I wanted to just sit back and draw. The place was too crowded for me to see the performers anyway.
EDIT: I recently heard that the new Sara Groves CD has a multimedia portion with video footage from that very concert. Maybe you can see me drawing the picture! Except, almost definitely not.
